Belarus border talks between Russia, Ukraine reach key decisions (full show)

At this moment -- talks between Russian and Ukrainian delegations in the south of Belarus -- on the border with Ukraine have reached quote 'certain decisions' -- according to the Ukrainian side. The ceasefire talks have adjourned for further consultations. RT's Konstantin has the report.  Then, continuing our coverage on the front lines -- RT's Murad Gazdiev reports.

While much of the world stands united against Russia’s military operation in Ukraine, China is taking a different approach to the issue. Although not showing support for Russia’s actions, the Asian superpower has made clear that it believes blame for the crisis does not end with Moscow. RT’s Alex Mihailovich has the story.
